Mostly clear skies tonight but no frost expected around the area..

Tonight.:
Mostly clear and not quite as chilly.
Lows: upper 30s in outlying areas...closer to 50 downtown.
Wind: Light
Tuesday:
Some sun but clouds and isolated showers, especially late
Highs: Middle 60s
Wind: W/NW 5-10 mph during the day
Wednesday:
Morning showers ending...becoming partly sunny,breezy
Highs: Middle to upper 50s
Wind: Becoming West 10-15 mph

Even though we do not expect frost tonight, It's that time of year for the first frost of the season and before the week is through, parts of the area will see it.

High pressure has held in place long enough to give us another spectacular day around the area. As the high slowly departs we will see a few clouds, especially tomorrow but it will remain rather pleasant. Computer models suggest an isolated morning shower but the better chances are for tomorrow evening as another cold front will be approaching. There will be a chance for a few showers overnight tomorrow. By Wednesday morning, an area of low pressure is expected to run along the departing cold front. It may be just strong enough to give many parts of the area morning showers BUT it will quickly move out and picture and sunshine will break through during the afternoon. Much cooler temperatures will arrive for Thursday, Friday and Saturday . Skies will be partly cloudy on Thursday and Friday and may become partly to mostly sunny for the weekend…at least it looks that way right now.
