Oooooh! It is chilly out there today but we are doing slightly better than yesterday. Daytime highs today will make it into the mid 50s (those with some sunshine could move into the upper 50s). Filtered sunshine through today but more on the way for your Wednesday as temperatures move into the lower 60s! By Thursday morning, a cold front will approach the area bringing rain just in time from the morning commute. Rain showers will be mainly light (expecting less that 0.25” of rain) moving from the west to the east (showers will clear of Southern Maryland by 2PM) leaving winds to pick up. Expect breezy northwest winds to continue Thursday afternoon through the first part of Friday. Temperatures fall on Friday and through the holiday weekend into the mid to upper 50s. Plenty of sunshine all weekend though!
