Skies will be cloudy tonight in advance of an Arctic Cold Front. It will become very breezy and scattered rain and snow showers will be possible through the morning hours of Tuesday. This system will steadily move through the mid-Atlantic states. Skies will clear and chilly sunshine will prevail for most of the midday and afternoon hours. High pressure will settle across area for the middle and end of the work week. This will keep the weather dry with a modest warming trend.
