Clear and cold for Santa's arrival to the Nation's Capital tonight. Christmas Day brings sunny skies and cold highs; in the low to mid 30s.

The rest of the week brings tranquil weather and seasonable highs. The last weekend of 2013 features slightly milder highs, approaching 50 degrees, and fair conditions. Have a Merry Christmas!
