Another cold front has ushered in a fresh supply of unseasonably cold air and temperatures will drop into the low single digits tonight in many areas. Tomorrow will be mainly sunny but a bit breezy and still very cold…more than 20 degrees below average.

As we look ahead to the weekend, we will be watching an Albert Clipper as it approaches the area. Skies will become cloudy Saturday with areas of light snow possible from mid-day through the afternoon. It will be quite breezy again with the clipper system. But temperatures may climb a bit above freezing during the early afternoon. Skies will be partly sunny on Sunday and temperatures may briefly rise above freezing. And then late Sunday night, another Clipper will bring the chance of flurries back to the area with gusty breezes and falling temperatures. By Monday, skies will be partly cloudy and it will be breezy and still unseasonably cold.
