A cold front will cross the area later tonight preceded by rain showers. As the front passes through, colder air will change rain to snow showers or flurries. No meaningful accumulation expected. Partly cloudy, breezy and cold weather for tomorrow with highs only in the middle 30s but it will feel even colder because of the wind.
Another fast moving system will arrive late tomorrow night with areas of light snow…again no meaningful accumulation. Flurries could linger into early Sunday morning. Most of Sunday though will be partly cloudy. It will also be breezy with highs in the lower 40s. Monday looks really nice…weather-wise for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Day with partly sunny skies and temperatures approaching 50 degrees. On Tuesday, MUCH COLDER air will arrive and remain in place for the rest of the week.
