Milder air will settle into the region this weekend before the next chance of the dreaded wintry mix.

Overnight:
Partly Cloudy
Lows: 25-32
Wind: ESE 3-6 m.p.h.
Saturday:
Partly Cloudy, Mild
Highs: Upper 40s to Near 50
Wind: SE 4-8 m.p.h.
Sunday:
Mostly Cloudy and Mild, PM Showers
Highs: Low 50s
Wind: S 5-10 m.p.h.

Temperatures shooting into the lower to mid 40s for daytime highs today with a mix of sun and clouds as high pressure resides along the coast. The southerly wind will continue to transport warmer air into the region through the weekend. Looking at mid to upper 40s or daytime highs tomorrow and low 50s on Sunday! Don't get used to the warming trend as a frontal system will sweep through in Sunday taking the warm air with it and leaving us with below normal temperatures for the beginning of next week.

A series of low pressures will move along the cold front that will pass through on Sunday as it stalls south. This will bring some some unsettled weather into the region the beginning of next week. Could see a few sprinkles on Sunday, a snow shower possible on Monday, a wintry mix expected on Tuesday and possibly rain showers on Wednesday before drying out on Thursday. Still a lot of details I be worked out but it does look like we could have a pretty wet start to the beginning of next week.
