Flurries will come to an end overnight and temperatures will drop to the teens under partly cloudy skies. Clouds will begin to increase Sunday as a very weak frontal system struggles to lift overhead. Temperatures will range from the middle 20s to around 30 degrees.

Look for temperatures to slowly rise late Sunday night and into early Monday morning as a powerful cold front approaches the mid-Atlantic. Highs will plummet into the teens late Monday afternoon along with wind chills well below zero. Arctic cold air will stick around Tuesday and Wednesday as highs struggle to make it out of the teens. Overnight lows will be in the single digits and wind chill advisories are likely to be issued.

Forecast models indicated slightly milder air by next weekend.
