Fog has been dense across the region! Expect periods of rain, heavy at times to impact the region thought the afternoon. In fact, a rumble of thunder is not out of the question. To go along with the heavy rain will be a push of warmer air and a breeze. Winds will be 10-20mph and may gust a bit higher and rainfall is expected to total between 1 and two inches…hence the Flood Watch up for the metro region. (Learn more about the flooding potential here.) The front will cross the area late tonight and will lead to a pleasant day on Sunday with partly cloudy skies and highs in the lower 50s. Mild air will remain in place on Monday and Tuesday before our next batch of moisture. Have a great weekend!
