We have seen the worst of this arctic air mass, and temps are on the way up.

This Afternoon:
Sunny Skies
Highs: Low to Mid 30s
Wind: Becoming S 4-8
Tonight:
Fair
Lows: Mid 20s
Wind: SSE 3-6
Friday:
Partly Sunny
Highs: Low to Mid 40s
Wind: SW 3-6

The big chill is waning and warmer temperatures start today.  High pressure that is keeping us clear will drift eastward and change our wind direction to the south.  Temperatures will progressively get warmer the rest of the week.  We started out with very cold temperatures this morning and quite the spread in temperatures as well.  Check out the morning lows across the region.

Thursday Morning Lows

We do expect the metro to get at or above freezing this afternoon.  Our average high is 44 degrees.  We'll be near that tomorrow and then reach around 50 this weekend.  We do expect some wet weather to move in late weekend into early next week.  Stay tuned for updates on that!
