Light snow in our weekend forecast…now the details. An upper level disturbance will pass south of the region tomorrow and will likely generate areas of light snow during the afternoon. Probably a dusting up to one inch. On Sunday, another disturbance will approach during the late afternoon and evening. This will produce the chance of more light snow or flurries with very little, if any, accumulation.
Skies will remain cloudy on Monday and clear on Tuesday. Computer models are continuing to suggest a coastal low pressure system could impact the area on Wednesday and Thursday. It is still too early to know the extent of that impact and whether we will be dealing with rain and snow or mostly one or the other.
