The snow is ending and sunshine will be abundant this afternoon with breezy conditions.  Low pressure near the Great Lakes will draw in cool arctic air and we expect Friday to be the coldest day of the bunch.  Despite the cold, at least we expect dry conditions the rest of the work week.  By the weekend, the clouds start moving back in and chances of rain and maybe a mix start increasing, too.
