High pressure building into the area provided a sunny, breezy and mild day…in stark contrast to the miserable weekend of rain and snow. I know it snowed yesterday and I know we did not call for snow. I am sorry I did not see that as a possibility in my Friday forecast. Now we enjoy a short stretch of pleasant weather.
A cold front may produce a few showers north of the metro area on Wednesday but before that, Wednesday will be the warmest day of the week. By Thursday, partly sunny skies will return along with a slight chance of afternoon or evening showers. And the on Friday, another low pressure system will affect the weather with a good chance of rain. It is still unclear whether the rain will begin before, during or after the National’s Home Opener.
