Skies will clear overnight and temperatures will take a dive. Lows will range from the single digits to around 10 in the District. Although it will be sunny for the next couple of days, highs will remain well below average for this time of year. While many areas won’t climb out of the 20s tomorrow, most will recover into the middle 30s by Wednesday and Thursday.

Model guidance continues to simulate an area of low pressure well southeast of our area late Thursday. We believe a touch of light rain or snow is possible by Thursday night. Temperatures will warm into the middle 40s on Friday and could reach the lower 50s by Saturday.
