Another cool start but a warmer finish…weekend starts strong but could end with snow!
- Partly to Mostly Sunny, Breezy & Warmer
- Highs: 56º-62º
- Wind: SW 10-20 mph
- Partly Cloudy, Warmer w/ a Breeze
- Highs: 59°-64°
- Wind: SW 10-15
- Increasing Clouds, Cooler, Late PM Rain/Snow Shower
- Highs: 43°-47°
- Precipitation: 40% PM
Today we will have some wind, but not nearly as intense as yesterday and from a warmer direction. This should help thrust our temperatures well into the 50s! Tomorrow looks a touch warmer with both days featuring partly cloudy skies. A passing cold front will bring more clouds on Sunday and push temperatures back into the 40s.
Meanwhile an area of low pressure will pass south and southeast of the Washington area late Sunday and through the day on Monday. It is still too early to know the exact track of this system but there may be just enough cold air available for some rain and/or snow Sunday night and Monday. At this point it will take some serious luck of the Irish to bring anything other than raw damp weather for your St. Patty’s Day. Stay tuned and have a great weekend!
