A pretty cloudy day today with just a few peeks of sunshine here and there, but mostly clouds. Temperatures today will rise through the 60s with some chances of light rain through the afternoon continuing through the early overnight hours. Clouds stick around tomorrow as well as a warm front dissects the region. Areas to the north of that warm front will top out in the 50s to near 60 degrees and areas to the south of the warm front will top out in the 70s. D.C. is right on the cusp of that warm front-therefore, I do believe that temperatures will be in the low 60s in the D.C. area. Clouds will hang around tomorrow and it will be damp when you head off for work. Showers look to hold off until the late afternoon and continuing through the evening hours. We can’t rule out a few sprinkles during the Nationals Season Opener against the Braves but looking more like a late afternoon/evening rain event. By the time the weekend rolls around, winds pick up on Saturday- being fairly breezy- with temperatures in the lower to mid-60s but with plenty of sunshine. Sunday features just a few more clouds with temperatures a few degrees lower than Saturday, around 60 degrees but with less winds. Rain moves into the region on Monday as daytime highs do not make it out of the 50s. Temperatures stay right around the 60 degree mark through at least mid-next week.
