A cold front will move into the region Friday bringing the chance for rain prior to the weekend.

Overnight:
Partly Cloudy and Mild
Lows: Upper 40s to Low 50s
Wind: SSW 5-10 m.p.h.
Friday:
Mostly Cloudy, Late Day Showers
Highs: Low 70s
Wind: SW 6-12 m.p.h.
Saturday:
Partly Cloudy and Warm
Highs: Low 70s
Wind: N 4-8 m.p.h.

Skies will remain partly cloudy tonight and tomorrow morning. But cloudiness will increase through the day with the approach of a cold front now crossing the Great Lakes. Temperatures could reach the lower 70s tomorrow afternoon when scattered showers will be possible. The showers will become likely tomorrow night as the front sweeps across the area.

Over the weekend, high pressure build back across our area and a friendlier wind direction will boost temperatures well into the 70s. Sky-wise…cloudiness behind the cold front may linger early Saturday morning. But skies will clear and we will enjoy lots of afternoon sunshine with temperatures in the lower 70s away from the bay and rivers. On Sunday, we are forecasting mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 70s. And on Monday, partly cloudy skies will prevail with afternoon temperatures reaching the middle 70s. Showers and much cooler temperatures will return on Tuesday.
