Mild temperatures are expected this week along with the peak of the Cherry Blossoms.

Partly Cloudy
Lows: 40s
Wind: NW 5-10 m.p.h.
Partly Sunny, Breezy at Times
Highs: 60s
Wind: NW 10-15 m.p.h.
Mostly Sunny, Warm and Breezy
Highs: Around 70
Wind: SW 10-20 m.p.h.
As high pressure builds into our area tomorrow, skies should be partly to mostly sunny. Temperatures will be a few degrees cooler with a northwesterly wind which will be gusty at times. By Thursday, another change in the wind direction will bring in warmer temperature under partly cloudy skies. Friday will begin with partly cloudy skies and temperatures will warm to or above the 70 degree mark. But during the afternoon, clouds will increase ahead of the next cold front which will also generate scattered showers.

A few showers may linger into Saturday morning but more likely, just some cloudiness will linger into the morning. Partly sunny and warmer weather is forecast for Saturday afternoon. And that is about as far as I can look ahead with any confidence. Friday night’s cold front may start moving northward towards our area on Sunday. That leaves the door wide open for what kind of weather we will see. The range runs from mostly sunny to mostly cloudy for sky conditions and from the lower 60s to lower 70s for high temperatures. That’s the best I can for for the moment regarding our Sunday forecast.
