D.C. woke up to chilly temperatures this morning and the Suburbs flirted with freezing. A few spots bottomed out below the mark, including Dulles Airport which reached 31 degrees, just two shy of the record low for this date.

Morning Lows

Temperatures may have started cool, but will warm up to seasonal averages around 70 degrees with plenty of sunshine.  High pressure is controlling our weather conditions today.  A cold front in the Midwest will move our way and bring an increase in cloudiness overnight.  Tomorrow should stay dry for the better part of the morning with partly sunny skies, but chances of showers and thunderstorms increase in the afternoon.  It will most likely get wet between Noon and 6p.m.  Skies will clear out overnight.  It will be a sunny, but breezy Wednesday with cooler temperatures in the low to mid 60s.
