Yesterday marked our 2nd 80º day in the city when we peaked at 85º! (We made it to 82° on Friday.) Today will feature more clouds than sun, but it will still be mild with highs into the upper 70s with a mild breeze. Showers arrive Tuesday along a cold front that will make for a wet day. A rumble of thunder is even possible late day. Highs will peak in the 60s before a blast of cooler air moves in. Tuesday night brings enough cold air that there could be some frost and freeze conditions north and west of DC. Wednesday brings the return of sunshine but with a cooler breeze, we will only peak in the 50s! Partly sunny skies and gradually moderating temperatures carry through the end of the week. Have a great weekend!
