An unsettled weather pattern begins today and will keep us wet on and off for much of the rest of the week.  A frontal boundary stalls south of D.C. and is bringing in the clouds this morning and the rain should arrive mid-late this afternoon.  Low pressure approaching from the west will keep chances of rain through Tuesday before that front lifts to the north on Wednesday. That will bring the temperatures up and increase our chances of thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon. The cold front passes on Thursday to end the week with some sunshine.  A detailed discussion on the rainfall, how much and flood threat in my blog today.
