Washington, D.C. weather forecast: Scattered showers tomorrow, much warmer Thursday

A taste of summer is on the way for the end of the work and school week. Highs will rebound to the middle and upper 80s.

Lows: 45°-52°
Wind: Northeast 2-5 mph
Wednesday:
Mostly Cloudy, Scattered Showers
Highs: upper 70°
Wind: Southeast 5-10 mph
Thursday:
Partly Cloudy and Hot
Highs: upper 80s
Wind: Southwest 5-10 mph

 

Clouds will increase by dawn and temperatures will range from the middle 40s to lower 50s. A warm front will lift overhead tomorrow bringing a chance for showers. Highs will be near 70 degrees.

Hotter temperatures arrive Thursday and Friday with highs in the middle to upper 80s. Showers will dot radar Mother's Day weekend with highs just near 80.
