A few showers and thunderstorms will linger into the overnight hours.  Temperatures will bottom in the 60s along with the typical stickiness we have come to expect this time of year.

The muggy feeling will continue Wednesday with yet another round of showers and thunderstorms. Timing puts most of the activity during the midday and early evening hours. Some storm clusters will be capable of producing brief heavy downpours and gusty winds. Highs will be in the lower to middle 80s depending on the amount of sun we receive. Thursday will prove to be the coolest of the next several with daytime highs only near 70 degrees. Temps will return to near average for the upcoming weekend … generally near 80 with abundant sunshine.
