A complex of showers and thunderstorms has been moving through the Ohio Valley and is heading our way. A few showers and storms will arrive this afternoon. Much of the wet weather will be along and west of the Blue Ridge, but a few may stay together through the metro into the evening. A few more thunderstorms are possible Tuesday afternoon as a back door cold front approaches. it will stall to our south, so we wake up wtih the marine layer on Wednesday morning a a few sprinkles, with a better chance of showers Wednesday afternoon. A strong upper level system in the midwest will move through here on Thursday and Friday increasing chances of wet weather and bringing in cooler temperatures.
