Enjoy the weekend ahead because higher levels of humidity is set to return along with daily storm chances next week.

High pressure has produced a spectacular day across the region with nearly cloudless skies with warm temperatures and low humidity levels. Clear skies will continue tonight. Another sunny and comfortably warm day is forecast tomorrow. On Sunday, a warm front will approach the region with a few more clouds, a slight increase in relative humidity and a 30% chance of late afternoon showers and thunderstorms.

Looking ahead to next week, the frontal boundary will become stationary across the area. During this periods, a few waves of low pressure may travel along that boundary. This will produce partly cloudy and seasonably warm weather but it will also set the stage for daily showers and possible thunderstorms.
