We are ending this last weekend of June with delightful weather. A weak area of high pressure overhead will keep us nice and dry through tomorrow with comfortable humidity. As the high shifts farther offshore Monday, expect a rise in the humidity and temperatures. July starts off hot with highs Tuesday through Thursday in the low to mid 90s. With high humidity, it will feel close to the triple digit mark. Thunderstorm chances return Monday. A slow moving cold front could trigger strong, to possibly severe, storms through mid-week, so you'll want to remain weather-aware.
As of right now, the front should be east of our area by the 4th of July on Friday, which would bring dry weather, comfortable humidity and seasonable temperatures for the holiday. Stay with ABC7 for the latest updates. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
