A nearly perfect weekend on tap today through the weekend!  High pressure weakly controlling our weather to bring plenty of sunshine this morning and a few clouds this afternoon.  A very small chance of a stray thundershower this afternoon or evening, mainly southwest of D.C.  It's National Sunglasses Day.  A good reminder than you need to wear them to protect your eyes from harmful UV rays... just like protecting your skin with sunscreen.  The Ultra Violet Index is VERY HIGH today.

Tweet me your #SunglassesSelfie  @JacquiJeras .  You'll need them all weekend! A few more clouds will be around tomorrow with a slight easterly component to the wind and a rather humid day in the mid 80s.  Sunday should be about the same.  Our next best chance of wet weather will be on Monday with a 50% chance your garden gets a free watering.  Temperatures warm up into the 90s next week as well.  Have a great weekend!!
