Lots of outdoor events the next few days and weather will cooperate.

This Afternoon:
Partly cloudy
Highs: Upper 80s
Wind: NW 10
Tonight:
Parlty Cloudy
Lows: Mid 60s
Wind: NW 5
Friday:
Mostly Sunny
Highs: Mid 80s
Wind: NNE 10

A nice day shaping up after a cold front passed through the Mid-Atlantic overnight.  Winds from the Northwest will bring in slightly less humid air and a nice breeze, but temperatures will still be rather warm in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees. High pressure will weakly control us through the weekend, but a very slight chance of a thunderstorm is possible Friday and again on Sunday.  The main threat of rain holds off until Monday when another cold front approaches.  World Cup weather is great for outdoor viewing in D.C. at Noon today with sunshine and about 83 degrees.  A lot muggier in Brazil with a chance of rain at 80 degrees.  We also have a big Golf Tournament in town at the Congressional Country Club in Bethesda.  If you want to peek in on the Quiken Loans National, ABC7 has a tower cam over the course.
