Skies will remain partly cloudy tonight thanks to high pressure off the mid-Atlantic coast. Overnight lows will fall to the 60s in the suburbs and around 70 degrees in the District. Look for mostly sunny skies on both Saturday and Sunday and highs in the 80s. Dew point temperatures will begin to increase a bit adding a slight heat index.

By early next week, temperatures and humidity levels will increase even more. Tuesday will be one of the hottest, with highs in the 90s along with scattered afternoon showers and a few thunderstorms. Looking ahead to the 4th of July – partly cloudy and highs in the upper 80s.
