Wow. What a beautiful day today with slightly drier air infiltrating the region. Plenty of sunshine today with only a slight chance of showers or thunderstorms rolling through the area (20%)--none of which will be severe. Temperature today will top out in the mid to upper 80s. Overnight lows tonight under clear skies will take temperatures to right around 70 degrees (a perfect night to catch the "super moon"--but you really won't be able to miss it!. Sunshine continues tomorrow with daytime highs moving into the upper 80s with a little more humidity. Clouds come back on Sunday as the frontal boundary that is stalled just to the south and east of us moves back to the north as a warm front. This will up the humidity and also up the chance of storms in the late day on Sunday. Humidity and warm temps continue on Monday and Tuesday as daytime highs top out in the lower 90s. A good chance of showers and thunderstorms on Monday and Tuesday. We are particularly watching Tuesday for strong to severe storms to form during the day.
