After a beautiful late July day, a few scattered clouds will dot the sky overnight as temperatures fall to the middle 50s in our northern and western suburbs and lower 60s in the District. Wednesday will be awesome – abundant sunshine, comfortable dew point levels and highs in the lower to middle 80s. The last day of July will be a bit more humid with highs in the 80s. Shower and thunderstorms chances will increase Friday and into the upcoming weekend, but definitely won’t be a washout.
