Another muggy and unsettled day, and then we are in for a little reprieve. Such has been the pattern of our weather this summer, with only short periods of high heat as opposed to the typical summer set-up of the Bermuda High taking hold on the East Coast. When that happens, we get long stretches of hot, dry weather. So, you can expect a mix of clouds and sun today with seasonable highs in the middle 80s. Thundershowers are still likely later today and one or two could be strong. Tomorrow chances are slashed and it should feel a bit more comfortable. Yes, a storm cannot be ruled out tomorrow through the weekend, but they will be highly isolated… more of the exception than the rule. A little more heat will usher in the weekend. Have a great day!
