Two more days of warm and muggy weather before a refreshing change come Friday.

This Morning:
Partly cloudy, warm and very muggy
Temperatures: 70s and 80s
Wind: SW 5-10 mph
This Afternoon:
Partly sunny, warm and very muggy, 40% risk of t'storms
Highs: Lower 90s
Wind: SW 5-10 mph
Mostly cloudy; isolated t'storms
Lows: 70s
Wind: NW 5-10 mph

Today will be the hottest day of the week with highs in the low 90s, but feeling closer to 100 degrees with the high humidity. As a cold front drops down from the Great Lakes, our storm risk will increase. Keep an eye to the sky for thunderstorms to develop this afternoon.

Hot and humid temperatures on the way.

Winds will shift out of the NW later tonight and will drop high temperatures tomorrow into the mid 80s. It'll remain quite muggy tomorrow with additional chances for thunderstorms to develop, but the drier air will start to filter in late tomorrow night. Friday looks spectacular with sunshine, lower humidity, and seasonable temperatures. The reprieve from the high humidity will be short lived, as moisture levels rise Saturday. The heat and humidity, combined with an approaching front on Sunday, will trigger storm risks Sunday into Monday.
