Mostly cloudy skies and muggy conditions will remain overnight. Scattered showers are likely to dot radar, especially south of D.C. Lows will range from the middle 60s to lower 70s. Some computer models allow for a chance for showers, but limited to about 30 percent. A bit of sun along with warm and humid conditions return Tuesday with highs in the middle 80s. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will become more numerous Wednesday. Highs will range from the lower to middle 80s.
Look for an improving forecast by the end of the week with lower humidity levels and highs in the 80s.
