    Well, if the humidity is going to be high, it won't be "Sahara-like heat." Summer or winter, it's the horrible humidity around here that makes the weather "icky."

    WHY DO THEY ALWAYS GET THE HEADLINE WRONG?? WE COULD ONLY WISH TO GET "DRY HEAT" IN DC!!
