I'm not buying it Mr. Metcalfe...something about the shadows and colors seem out of place...

Yeah, I'm kind of with you, although I don't know enough about photography to say for sure. One Digg commenter pointed out that it might be using HDR imaging to enhance the light/dark areas: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_dynamic_range_imaging

Totally looks 'shopped. Especially the airplane shaped cloud...really? I haven't seen to many clouds that look that close to the nose of an airplane!

looks like the cloud in Close Encounters of the Third Kind that the Mothership flew out of.

"slava.ru" (the legend in the lower left of the photo) links to a Russian website which in turn links to another Russian website which appears to be selling photographs. On the other hand, it could be a discount Moscow dating site. Anyone know Russian?

Beautiful, but definitely shopped. The light and shadows are incongruent.
