I find it appalling that someone would be so excited over a very dangerous storm. That same storm that could potentially "bushwhack" my home and livelihood. These hurricanes are serious. Trust me we do not anticipate the arrival eagerly. If your home and your family were threatened, your tone writing this article would be vastly different.
my daugter is sailing to the bahamas with her idiot dad on a boat called the kataboo, they left florida on sunday. he is not experienced. if anyone has info please g-mail me at abraxas3650. randy peck is the 'sailor'
Holy-Moly, I sincerely hope that everything turns out alright! I don’t know how helpful of a suggestion this is as you really have no control over what happens but, go to http://maps.google.com/; click on the “MAP” (make sure it is in satellite mode not map) square is in the top right corner of the map and check the options “Weather” (current conditions and forecast and location of hurricane), “Webcams” (gives you imagery taken within the hour), “Buzz” (what’s going on nearby) and “Labels”. I hope this helps.
I didn't see any "excitement of impeding doom" in the writing of the article. People need to settle down.
