No wonder this joke of a Federal Agency is slowly but surely shutting down operations and privatizing space. It is so many NASA Feds sitting on their butts at NASA Headquarters in DC doing nothing it makes you want to puke!

My 9 year old son wrote a letter to the NASA HQ's Public Affairs office requesting information about the shuttle for a school project and received a response 3 month's later with a Sun / Earth bookmark enclosed with a crypto letter telling him to use the internet to find information on the ISS. I swear whoever is running this agency must be fired yesterday! This is agency that has no value whatsoever to humans and is a waste of taxpayer dollars.

The US Space Program (NASA) is an embarrassment to the world. The agency is no longer respected in the space community and until they get a Leader that is worthy of the title like former Administrator Dan Goldin it will continue to falter. http://nasawatch.com/

Did anyone see the large meteor last night (10/21/2011)? At 10:16 It flew over our house and Anthony Burn Elementary School in Stafford VA. It was large enough to see an amazing array or yellow, green, red, white and a little bit of purple light. I have never seen one this large!

For those of you who deride NASA....when NASA is gone and there's no one to detect an oncoming asteroid in time to take some action, you're the same people who will be whining about why the government didn't do something to stop it.

Reporting from Yakima, WA around 15:00 hrs the 24th of October, 2011. I saw an object falling in the sky leaving white matter behind, then it just dissapeared. Any official reports in WA state?
