with no winter last year and little rain or snow and the warm spring and torrid summer of which i am sure will return, and a developing el nino, it is looking less likely that there will be a hurricane to relieve all this, so my personal belief is that a very brutal winter of 2012-13 lies ahead of us, remember, it was like this in 2002 and that is what followed, the weather is identical to what it did 10 years ago, if you look back in the record books, it will corroborate my theory about the weather coming up this winter, or what i believe is. things have a way of averaging out, we have been so warm and dry for so, so long.
