The way the NWS can keep everyone on edge by constantly "updating" their prediction of a hurricane. They have had Issac turning into a hurricane tomorrow for about a week now. As far as I remember they have also predicted the landing a few days ago to be Miami. Let's face the facts, Issac may well come ashore as a tropical storm. They also figure it will come ashore in the gulf. All they are doing now is scaring a bunch of people and likely endangering a bunch of people who will leave their homes and run right into the path of the storm.
