I think this forecast sounds right. My belief is that El Nino will appear in Summer 2013 and it is in 2013-14 that I think we will get bombed again, it usually happens about every 5 years or so, and next winter (2013-14) would be that particular winter. I think next winter will be worse than this one, but this one will be worse than last year. Just hope 2013's summer is not another scorcher, three in a row was enough for me. I hope we at least get average snowfall this year, last year did not even seem like winter to me at all. I know a lot of people thought it was great, but for Maryland weather to have a South Georgia winter is not normal and hopefully that is not where we are headed.
