LOL, you neglect the fact that he gets his information also from outside sources like NOAA.....so, NOAA and other organizations are also to blame. Don't shoot the messenger, idiot.

i'm having trouble looking at your live stream of the abc7 doppler radar, the image keeps getting blurry as the radar scans for new images, why?

Just about all of the forecasts have been saying the storms wouldn't get here until around 7:00 or so tonight; so has that changed, if there's a storm coming thru Frederick at this time? Looks like it from the radar.

They moved the heaviest of rain up to 3pm-7pm.

Actually the heaviest rain will come through closer to Midnight or later with the actual front. This current activity is out well ahead of the front, though it isn't severe in nature. Just heavy rain and some gusty winds to 35-40 mph.

So how about thunder/lightning activity, should we be seeing much of that? (from what you can tell at this time) Have to go out around 4:00 - 4:30, I don't mind rain so much, but don't want to have to deal with the "special effects!"
