How Accurate?

Phil is about as accurate as the WJLA meteorologists.

If that is that is the case for WJLA (and I doubt it), the WJLA forecasters are accurate 39% of the time. If you look at WJLA's record which includes the entire year and not just winter, WJLA is accurate a majority (much greater than 39%) of the time.

It's not hard to get multiple days of sunshine inaccurate. I would say they get it wrong 45-50% of the time when it's not plain ol' sunshine.

All I know is as long as Phil The Groundhog as been coming out of his hole, he sure needs to get it right this year because this chick is so over winter! I want warm sunny weather!
