Thank you Frank Forrester
Really? You know, if you guys were actually evaluated at your job like most people, you'd all be fired. Maybe Michelle Rhee needs to do an overhaul on your station and others! Your performance has been less than stellar this season. Maybe if you folks stopped tweeting non-weather related events and leave that up to the real reporters, you can get some more work done in your weather room and actually make a more accurate forecast.
"Do you need an umbrella? Is it a good day to head to the pool? Is there a risk for severe storms? Or is another snowmaggedon heading our way?" ---- Who knows? They don't.
You both can't see the forest for the trees. Though WJLA's has gotten several winter days wrong this season, their job is the entire year and all 4 seasons. If you look at their entire record and not just a few winter days that you falsely generalize to represent their forecasting pattern for the rest of the year, then you would see that they get it right a clear majority of the time.
I have learned that no matter what job you are on people always have to find ways to dis you. No worry, me and my family ... we think you are great. people with real intelligence know that science is not always perfect and the weather is no exception. Keep up the good work. thanks for the long hours when they come.
