I am among those15 million Americans who have stopped eating meat, eggs, and dairy products entirely. Why have so many people gone vegetarian and vegan? Well, For Animals; For Humanity; For Earth; For Future Generations; For Mind; For Body; For Spirit; For Me! Becoming vegan was the best decision of my life. And, Gene Bauer's Farm Sanctuary in Orland, California, is one of the happiest places I've ever visited.

What's really amazing to me is why even more people haven't stopped eating meat (Translation: Meat = Dead Flesh, a dead animal, a dead body). Unbiased, medical research has proven beyond any doubt that meat greatly increases heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other debilitating diseases. Even if one cares nothing for the animals' lives, why would they risk such diseases just to eat meat? And even more baffling to me is why they would feed such garbage to their children, pointing them down the lifepath of disease and earlier death?

Great interview with Gene Bauer. I stopped supporting cancer research & animal testing organizations. Why don't they just admit it – you can stop cancer & other diseases when you stop eating dead animals & animal bi-products. And no one needs a fur coat either! TY to other vegans. :)

What a great message inspiring health and compassion! Adopting a plant based vegan diet has been the best decision I ever made. My only regret is not doing this decades ago!
