I agree with the other washingtonians it seems to be the same everytime with local forecasters. Talk up the potential for snow and 87% of the time the local forecast bombs in regards to snow. It a thing called ratings and how to get lamens to watch the forecast over and over. Typically the fallout of NO SNOW is forecast during the late evening run to avoid upsetting to many dc snow followers.I just wish i could be wrong ALL THE TIME in my profession....

the weather guys and toilet paper company has behind the scene profit sharing thing going on... this is how it works, Doug and his friends hype up the snow, people run out buy toilet papers, toilet paper guys make $ and Doug and his friends get 50% of the profit. works every time!
