Rodney Murrell faces charges in Silver Spring attempted abduction
Police say 31-year-old Rodney Murrell, of Southeast, went up to a 13-year-old boy at a McDonald’s in Silver Spring, told him he was a police officer, and tried to drag him out of the building.
