Gang Member Sentenced In Shooting

According to the agreement, Mendez and two other gang members knocked on a Gaithersburg apartment door in December 2005, showed a gun and announced a robbery. When one of the residents said he didn't believe the gun was real, Mendez shot the man in the neck.
The thieves stole $3,000 in money, jewelry and cell phones.

Tuckmeister...the justice comes in two forms.. one is by the man who's packing when something along these lines goes down and then by God...if one thinks that justice is going to be served in today's judicial system it just won't happen.
