Ithe 8300 block, we find two gas stations, a small shopping center, an office center, and businesses. A straight path to MVHS passes by ISA, residences, the county swimming pool, possibly Riverside Elementary School (depends on the exact path run) ... simply does not add up IMHO.

Now on the details of the grab - most can 't reach the door handle on the other side of an SUV much less reach out to grab a teen. Anyone attempting to pull a teen in through the driver's door, then get under way ... well, they asked for it.

Hope the police run down this story and that WJAL does a followup. If it is true, then be alert. If it is false, then jail her. Either way, someone should be going to jail.

I have to agree with you nocellphone2, How could he reach that far to get to her and she had an awful lot of details re: the vehicle. Don't know anything about that area but obviously you do. I refer back to your first sentence also.

Something doesn't add up. If she ran to MT Vernon High school, she ran over a quarter of a mile and through a wooded area. From basic observation in the story, the truck must have been traveling northbound on RT 1. How can the suspect reach across the passenger side of the truck through- probably an opened door and pull her in. He would have to had practically ran her over parking no less than 3 inches from her. The truck description (assumption) may have had step rails. Why didn't she run to a local shop or a house nearby? There are little shops 25 feet from there. Hummmm. I refer back to my first sentence.
