An 18-year-old woman was stopped by a possible police impersonator late Saturday night.

The Burke woman was going southbound on the Fairfax County Parkway near Lee Highway when a burgundy colored car pulled up behind her with a blue flashing light on the dashboard. The victim pulled over and the driver of the small car stopped behind her. The driver approached the victim, asked for her driver's license and went back to his car. After a few minutes, police say the suspect went to the victim's car, returned her license and told her to driver more carefully.
